    Dave Trerotola

    Chief Executive Officer

    As CEO of The LYCRA Company, Dave is responsible for planning, implementing and executing the strategies of the organization and leading all components of the enterprise. Prior to his current role, Dave served as president of INVISTA’s Apparel & Advanced Textiles business, president of its Performance Materials division, and vice president of its Home & Industrial Textiles unit. He has 30 years of progressive management experience gained working for The LYCRA Company, INVISTA, DuPont, General Electric, and Diamond Shamrock Chemical / Oxychem. Dave has a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and holds an MBA from Purdue University.

  • Scott Blackadar

    President, Personal Care

    Scott leads The LYCRA Company’s personal care and TERATHANE® businesses. Scott held several roles at INVISTA’s Apparel & Advanced Textiles division before it became The LYCRA Company. Overall, he has 25 years of management experience with The LYCRA Company, INVISTA, AT Kearney, Arthur Andersen, and MediaOne. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

  • Julien Born

    President, Apparel

    Julien leads The LYCRA Company’s apparel business, where he drives the execution of integrated commercial strategies across the global apparel value chain, supports the growth of our LYCRA® brand franchise, and oversees manufacturing assets. Previously, he spent eight years in Shanghai and Hong Kong serving as Asia executive vice president for INVISTA Apparel & Advanced Textiles. Julien has had a diverse 22-year career spent in the US, Europe and Asia, as both an executive in large multinational companies such as DuPont and INVISTA, but also as a business owner, having co-founded and served for several years as managing director of MODA Marketing & Licensing, a full-service corporate licensing agency. Julien holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, and a Swiss baccalaureate degree.

  • Bob Kirkwood

    Chief Technology Officer

    Bob is responsible for five global research labs and the R&D teams that work on product, process and textile innovations, in addition to providing technical support to internal and external customers. He started his career in the textile industry with the DuPont Company in 1995 and led the R&D team for INVISTA’s Apparel & Advanced Textiles business beginning in 2004. His role expanded to include leading the global marketing, brand, and communications team in 2011. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and doctorate in chemical engineering from the University of Massachusetts. 

  • Sandra Lyle

    Vice President of Human Resources

    Sandra leads all aspects of human resources for The LYCRA Company including compensation and benefits. She joined its predecessor, INVISTA, in 2004 and served in various HR roles supporting European-based businesses. Previously, Sandra worked for 15 years at Desmond’s, a Northern Ireland-based apparel company. She served in various HR roles including management development and HR lead for their outerwear division, which included six manufacturing plants in Ireland, the Turkey region, and joint ventures. Sandra holds an honors degree in social science from the University of Ulster and a post-graduate diploma from the Institute of Personnel and Development.

  • Dan Rikard

    Chief Legal Officer

    Dan has global responsibility for legal, corporate secretarial, intellectual property, and ethics and compliance matters for The LYCRA Company. Dan joined the company in August 2018 as general counsel for its predecessor, INVISTA Apparel & Advanced Textiles. He has over 27 years of business and legal experience, with over 14 years serving as the chief legal officer for global businesses. Dan started his career at the law firm Alston & Bird in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Davidson College.

  • Ji Wei Shao

    Chief Strategy Officer

    Ji Wei identifies, develops and executes strategic opportunities for The LYCRA Company from its Hong Kong office. Previously, he held the role of executive president at Ruyi Investment Holdings, where he was responsible for The LYCRA Company transaction among other strategic development initiatives. He has extensive investment banking experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions across North America, Asia, and Europe. Ji Wei holds a bachelor of commerce degree and a global professional master of laws degree from the University of Toronto, as well as a master of finance degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

  • Serge Vigouroux

    Executive Vice President, New Ventures and Marketing

    Serge is responsible for leading the development of impactful and consumer-centric innovation platforms, for strengthening The LYCRA Company’s brand franchises, for developing and coordinating the execution of a holistic and sustainable strategy, and for turning successful experimentations in alternative business spaces into additional sources of revenue and profit. He has 25 years of progressive management experience from diverse international consumer goods companies including BIC® and the Danone Group. Serge holds a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Swansea (U.K.) and a DESCAF from France's Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Clermont. He joined the Company in 2007 and works in Geneva, Switzerland.

  • Dean Williams

    Chief Financial Officer

    As CFO, Dean oversees finance and information technology capabilities for The LYCRA Company. Previously, Dean has held various finance and accounting leadership roles with INVISTA Apparel & Advanced Textiles in the U.K., and served as finance director in its Geneva, Switzerland before moving to the United States in 2010. He has over 25 years of experience in finance and leadership roles with INVISTA, DuPont and Imperial Chemical Industries. Dean holds a bachelor’s degree in science from University of South Wales.
